This is a call for Papers for the 6^th Karachi International Water Conference 2023 Water Matters – Bring Water back to Climate Discourse, organized by Hisaar Foundation.

All those who wish to present a paper are welcome to submit abstracts to the sessions given below. Please note that once the abstract is accepted registration is mandatory, before submission of full paper.

Please note that sessions other than the ones listed below have different formats, where papers will not be presented.

Water Matters in Health and Nutrition: Links that are not Obvious
Session 4A
Women Matter in Water: Examples of Action
Session 4C
Water Disasters Matter
Session 7C
Watersheds, Wetlands and Biodiversity Management

Interested participants are invited to submit abstracts of 250 words to submission@hisaar.org by 30^th September, 2023.

Selected participants shall be informed accordingly to prepare their papers for submission by 20^th October 2023.

Indicate which session it is for (number and name)

Step 3

Send to submission@hisaar.org Deadline for submission of abstracts is 30th September 2023

Receive acknowledgment

Step 5

Discussion in Academic Committee

Step 6

If the paper is selected, the presenter will be informed and sent a format for it

Step 8

Submit paper (and PowerPoint presentation if applicable) Deadline for submission of paper is 20th October 2023

The papers will be part of the printed proceedings of the conference that will come out two months after the conference.
